Here are the limits for engines based on displacement.

0cc-999cc
Maximum Power Stock - 1.5x Stock
Maximum Power Built - 4.5x Stock

999cc-2000cc
Maximum Power Stock - 1.6x Stock
Maximum Power Built - 8.5x Stock

2000cc-4000cc
Maximum Power Stock - 1.95x Stock
Maximum Power Built - 10x Stock

4000cc & Up
Maximum Power Stock - 2.2x Stock
Maximum Power Built - 9.5x Stock
